Moderator bias?
I've heard bunch of talk, specifically from Yahoo (wonder if Leah Hitchings knows more) about possible biases from moderators on these debates. I would say given the conservative nature of media conglomorates, this favores the right wing. Sigh. I was not impressed with Obama last week, I felt like he conceeded to much to McCain. It will be interesting to watch the VP debates and how the media covers it. Kerry in '04? Big F'ing sigh.

When we talked last night, I said I didn't like the job Ifil did, that she didn't press hard enough, particularly when Palin wandered off into the snowstorm. But I've read at least one commentator who said her behavior was just right because it was NOT confrontational. I expect the questioner at one of the final two debates to get very aggressive, maybe even to ask some gotcha questions. Indeed, I'm guessing the McCain will encourage it, since unless something stirs up this race .... McCain loses.
